Clinton Christian School provides financial aid to over 90% of our families.  Did you know a family of four (4) can make $222,000 a year and still qualify for several thousand dollars in discounts for every child enrolled? Some of the aid options are detailed below. We never want money to be the reason families do not enroll, so please reach out to an admissions staff member via email at admissions@ccsgoshen.org to hear about your family’s potential discounts and costs. Some possible options include:

  • School Choice Vouchers 

    • Qualification for Vouchers is based on income. No public school requirement is necessary.

    • Family of 4: Income must be below $222,000 annual AGI

    • Average benefit $5500-$6500 per enrolled qualifying child

  • SGO Scholarships

    • Qualification for SGO scholarships is based on income. Even voucher recipients can apply. 

    • Family of 4: Income must be below $222,000 annual AGI

    • Average benefit $500-$2000 per enrolled qualifying child

  • New Family Discounts

    • Awarded the first time you enroll a student at CCS ($100-500 per family)

 

  • Paid In Full Discounts 

    • 3% off tuition total if paid by September 1st

    • Only offered to families not receiving School Choice Vouchers

  • Tuition Assistance (Any Family May Apply, No Income Restrictions)

    • Awards vary: $500-$1000 per child

Additional & Possible Extra Fees/Contributions

Kindergarten-6th Grade:

Additional Fees or Contributions:

  • Classroom school supplies (supply list sent out in July)

  • Spring Festival & Auction:

    • All families provide baked goods, solicit businesses, and serve at the event

    • AllK-6th Classrooms submit a class project to sell at event, JH/HS Students Work A Shift

  • Read-A-Thon (K-6th): All K-6th students participate in reading and fundraising

  • Non-marking gym shoes for indoor recess

Possible Fees or Contributions:

  • Hot Lunch Fee-fee published with school supply lists

  • School Pictures

  • Field Trips- typically two per year, approximate cost of $5-$10 each trip

  • All-School Thanksgiving Meal- approximately $6 per student

  • K-6thYearbook- approximately $25 per book

  • Learning Support Services (for extra educational support services, see LSS fee sheet)

Junior High/High School:

Additional Fees or Contributions:

  • Classroom school supplies- supply list sent out in July

  • Interterm: required JH/HS Fall Retreat- $150 cost built into tuition total

  • Spring Festival & Auction:

    • All families provide baked goods, solicit businesses, and serve at the event

    • All JH/HS students are required to serve at the event

  • Non-marking gym shoes for PE classes

Possible Fees or Contributions:

  • Letter Jackets:

    • Available to all HS students, Must be ordered by September 1st.

  • Hot Lunch Fee-fee published with supply lists

  • School Pictures

  • Field Trips- possible, fees vary based on trip details

  • Thanksgiving Meal- approximately $6 student

  • Independent Study, Remediation, Advance Pacing, AP, Dual-Credit, APEX Classes (see separate fee sheet)

  • HS Specialty Classes (2D Art, HS Ceramics, Vex Robotics, CAD 3D Printing, Makery Mart, Automotive, Basic Construction, Anatomy & Physiology, Applied STEM): May have an additional $25-$50 per class to cover specialty materials.

  • JR/SR Banquet/Prom

  • Choir: Additional tour fees, uniform fees, and fundraising requirements may apply

  • JH/HS Yearbook- approximately $60 per book

  • Learning Support Services (for extra educational support services, see LSS fee sheet)

Athletics (5th-12th Grade):

Athletic Fee:

  • $125.00 per sport for 5th-8th Grade, $150 per sport for 9th-12th Grade

  • Special Shoes & Team Clothing

    • Special t-shirts/sweatshirts/shoes that team players may want

    • Warm-up clothing that players get to keep or shoes required/requested for the season

  • Potential overnight stays and food costs for away games or tournaments
