  Spiritual Development

Spiritual Development

As one of our organizational pillars (Distinctly Christian, Deciedly Excellent, Deeply Connected) we unapologetically emphasize spiritual growth and development among our students.  All academic instruction occurs from a distinctly Christian perspective, and Biblical training and scripture memory are vital to our educational culture. Each day begins with daily devotions and corporate chapel at all age levels occurs twice a week.

No matter the arena at Clinton, students are challenged daily to prioritize a growing relationship with the Lord.

Bible Memory

Scripture memory is central to our educational approach at Clinton.  Everyone memorizes scripture as part of their Bible curriculum.

Service Opportunities

Students serve the community throughout the school year during all-school community work days and service projects.

Students are also encouraged to take roles of spiritual leadership for the rest of the student body. Areas of emphasis include student council, student-led chapels and Bible studies, worship team, classroom aids, and mentoring.

Interterm

Interterm is a once-a-year fall weekend retreat, which allows junior high and high school students to focus on team-building, interpersonal relationship development and spiritual development.
